What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a high-energy, cardio-heavy, class that combines the best parts of tennis with cardio exercises. It is a full body, calorie burning, aerobic workout that will have you sweating and feeling great in no time.
Each Cardio Tennis class is 60 minutes of fast-paced fun. Classes include 6-8 players per court of mixed ability, and use the “agility ladder” in combination with red and orange cardio balls and heart rate monitors. No matter what your fitness level, your Cardio Tennis Leader is trained to provide the best workout and benefit for every player.
