CRUNCH is a progressive training class that uses resistance, and cardiovascular conditioning designed to maximize the effectiveness of your workout. This group will meet 2 times per week to train then each participant will be assigned “homework” for the days the group does not meet. This homework will be tailored to the individual based on fitness level, goals, and personal likes/dislikes. The package includes a consultation with SOAC’s dietitian, a fitness and food journal, discounts on Simply meals, and all the benefits of training with a group including motivation, support and accountability.
