Our GroupX Instructors offer occsssional fun Friday night Pop-Up hour-long class option with a creative new format. These classes are fee-based: cost may vary: see email and clubhouse fliers for details!
During the months of June and July, no fitness pop-ups are offered;
however, we have Friday Night Lights at the SOAC Pool!
Keep an eye out for special sampler holiday events at SOAC: travel the clubhouse with 4-5 formats, 12-15 minutes each! Our GroupX Instructors go all out providing a variety of fun formats that allow for non-members and members to gather together for a taste of what SOAC Fitness has to offer.
