Southern Oaks Athletic Club offers a variety of fitness classes for members at every fitness level. Alternate your workouts with our multiple formats to gain the best physical fitness: Aquafit, Barre, Body Xtreme, Box & Burn, Cycle & Burn, SOAC Cycle, Fitbeats, HIIT, Mat Pilates, L2L (Liquid to Land) Aqua Xtreme & Mat Pilates, Yoga, and specialty Sunday Spotlight classes. We even have Club50 classes tailored for our physically active senior SOAC members. From strength training to cardio, core, and balance work, we are here to help you move better, feel better, and perform better.
We pride ourselves on offering quality fitness programs that are geared toward our members’ needs. SOAC’s highly-trained instructors will motivate you to become your best while watching closely to ensure that all of our classes are safe and fun. All SOAC GroupX Instructors are required to maintain CPR Certification, current fitness certifications, and to regularly engage in continuing education in order to continue offering the most up-to-date, evidence-based, and creative classes!
No matter your preference, SOAC has formats and fitness instructors on site to meet your needs. Our team encourages SOAC members to try them all because you never know what new passion you may discover here at SOAC! While non-members do need permission in advance to attend classes, your guest may visit the club up to 5 times each year. Southern Oaks memberships have unlimited access to our gym, pool, patio, and at least 50 fitness classes weekly.
