Southern Oaks Athletic Club offers a wide variety of fitness classes and options for members at every fitness level. From strength training to cardio, core, and balance work, we are here to help you move better, feel better, and perform better.

With all Southern Oaks memberships, you get unlimited access to our gym, pool, tennis courts, and at least 50 fitness classes weekly. Whether you are looking for cardio, strength, or flexibility, we have formats and fitness instructors on staff to meet your needs.
