All class requests must be finalized by midnight on the 27th of the month leading up to your reservation month (i.e. class reservations for JANUARY must be finalized by DECEMBER 28th). No changes can be made less than a week and a half (10 days) prior to a reservation. LATE CANCELLATION FEES STILL APPLY TO ALL RESERVATIONS. NON-PREPAID purchases will be charged out on member account monthly by the 15th.
