By Clicking "I agree" below, I acknowledge every Member, family member, and guest using the Club’s facilities does so at his or her own risk, and the Club is not responsible for any injuries occurring to such persons. The undersigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s participation in the Southern Oaks Athletic Club (SOAC) Camp activities and agrees to waive, release and discharge from any liability, loss, cost, claim, or damage whatsoever Southern Oaks Athletic CLUB and its owners, employees, and agents which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned above from any and all liabilities or claims relating to or arising out of their use of the Club’s facilities and participating in the activities and events.
