RUSH is a multi-format workout that combines Rip60, Tabata, HIIT and cardio. This challenging program will work your entire body. It is designed to keep your heart rate up , build muscle strength and endurance, and burn calories even after the workout is done.

Pump is designed to target all major muscle groups by using weights to build muscle and condition the total body. The energetic music and fast paced workout will elevate your heart rate while strengthening your muscles to give you the extra power you need to live a totally fit life.

BARRE is a total body workout that combines fitness techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone your body while increasing strength, flexibility and cardio. We offer three different BARRE classes for different fitness levels.

Cardio Tennis incorporates high-energy drills that will burn calories while helping improve your tennis game!

Flexibility, Intensity, Resistance, Endurance. This class includes mobility warm-ups, 40 minutes of high intensity strength and cardio intervals, and wraps up with 15 minutes of flexibility training.

Grind is a HIIT (high intensity interval training). A series of short intervals using high intensity moves not only elevates your heart rate during class, but it also increases the number of calories burned for hours after the class is over. This type of training is scientifically proven to burn more calories than traditional cardio exercises.

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio.

Aqua Fit is the perfect class for any age and any fitness level. This class uses the resistance of the water to work on muscle strength and cardio vascular endurance. It is also very beneficial to those who may experience joint pain as the impact is greatly reduced by the buoyancy effect the water provides.

Increase strength and range of movement! Guided exercises for the active, older adult with resistance tools that allow you to move at your own pace.

Tabata simply means to perform an exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest that follows. These short intervals are repeated for an 8-minute stretch. Each 8-minute segment is performed 3 times. This is a quick workout, but you will maximize that short time period by challenging your body in each 20 second interval.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

This interval class that uses both the Spin bike and light-to-moderate hand weights to help elevate your heart rate and build muscle. This type of training has been proven to be the most efficient way to maximize calorie burn while minimizing the amount of time spent in the gym. Because this class involves getting on and off of the bike, we encourage you to wear traditional training shoes instead of Spin shoes that require clipping into the pedal.
