Looking for a great way to stay in shape and have fun doing it? INDOOR CYCLING will have you dripping with sweat with the benefits of improving cardiovascular and respiratory strength and endurance. Southern Oaks Athletic Club is pleased to offer cycle formats such as CYCLE EXPRESS, SOAC CYCLE, and CYCLE & BURN for our members.

What is Indoor Cycling?

Indoor cycling is usually performed in a group setting on stationary bikes. Our certified instructors teach spin classes 5 days a week, taking members through a series of intervals over the course of 30-45 minutes set to fun, invigorating music.

Indoor cycling classes are great for people looking to maximize their cardiovascular workouts. These motivating workouts can easily be modified by the participants by controlling resistance, pacing, and positioning on the stationary bike. Our expert instructors guide members using visual feedback from a Fitmetrix screen in the front of the classroom. Indoor cycling classes in Baton Rouge are rare find and our instructors guide members in the most unique, innovative, and enjoyable ones in Louisiana!
