Baton Rouge Spin Classes

Looking for a great way to stay in shape and have fun doing it? Spin classes will have you dripping with sweat, but the overall effect on your health and fitness is well worth the effort. Southern Oaks Athletic Club is pleased to offer multiple spin classes in Baton Rouge for our members. We’re pleased to be able to offer high-quality fitness classes like this to our members.

What is Spinning?

Spinning is a form of indoor cycling, usually performed in a group setting on stationary bikes. Only certified instructors are allowed to teach spin classes, and will take members through a series of paces over the course of 45 minutes set to fun, invigorating music.

Spin classes are great for people looking to maximize their cardio, and want a motivating workout where they can control the pace of their exercise. Our instructors will push you to put in your max effort, but you set the pace, and difficulty. Spin classes in Baton Rouge are not common, but when you can find one you really enjoy, you should stick to it!
