Personal training packages are only sold in sets of 4, 8 or 12.
Session Duration(Required)
Personal training sessions are offered in 30 minute, 45 minute, or 60 minute durations. Our Performance Training staff highly recommends 45 minute sessions, as that allows for warm-up and cool down, as well adequate instructional time. NOTE: allow 30 min (can be selected) for Inbody Scan/Snapshot and 45 min (can be selected) for Weight Room Training service.
